Angus has worked at the Law Centre for many years. He has experience in most areas of social welfare law including housing law, debt, social security, employment law and social care.
Abdullah is the Law Centre’s trainee. He is particularly focused on the legal issues arising from current problems of food poverty and foodbanks.
Lynn is based at the Law Centre’s Gorbals office. She deals with a wide range of casework including debt and benefit cases.
Peter is based at our Toryglen premises and works in our “Creating a Digital Safety Net” Project which focuses on Universal Credit problems.
Angela has worked at the Law Centre for many years. She has a wide ranging caseload which includes debt, benefits, employment law and other social welfare law issues.
Simon has been at the Law Centre for many years and works in social security law, dealing with most of the Law Centre’s appeals to benefit tribunals and the Upper Tribunal.
Gerry is responsible for the Law Centre’s work at Toryglen and has experience in a wide range of social welfare law.
Maureen works in housing law and is responsible for defending most of the Law Centre’s eviction actions for rent and mortgage arrears, and homelessness cases.
Shazia is one of the Law Centre’s Women’s Rights solicitors focusing on domestic abuse and violence against women.
Judith also works as one of the Law Centre’s Women’s Rights solicitors focusing on sex discrimination, employment law and poverty related issues as they affect women in particular.
